Memories of Germany! This meal is breaded pork with a mushroom-onion sauce served with a side of braised red cabbage.
These meatballs started out in my mind as kebabs; however, I thought the consistency would be a better fit as meatballs. Great served over some spiraled root veggies or spaghetti squash.
