Paleo soups are my favorite recipes. They are able to be so layered with flavors due to seasonal veggies and fresh herbs. Soups are wonderful bowls of love…some are silky, some are creamy, some are hearty…but most all are flavorful and bring back feelings of comfort.

Here’s a tip: I used to fill my waffle maker all the way to the edges to make the “pefect” waffle. I now like the rustic feel of just pouring my batter in the center…I love the rough edges that it creates.
If you don’t have duck available, chicken thighs can be easily substituted in this recipe for the duck breasts.
