These meatballs started out in my mind as kebabs; however, I thought the consistency would be a better fit as meatballs. Great served over some spiraled root veggies or spaghetti squash.
This gluten free shrimp cake was inspired by my love of crab cakes and my husband’s distaste for crab (Right? Who doesn’t like crab?!). Well, I was pleasantly surprised with this creation! If you are not a curry fan, change up the spices for a different twist.
