This chili is spicy but not 5-alarm. If you want to add more heat, I would suggest some chipotles in adobo.
These were a lot of fun and sooo yummy! I thought the calamari may get rubbery, but they actually worked similar to a sausage casing and added flavor and good texture when grilled.
