Grilled bacon wrapped sirloin, tomatillo and peach kabobs
Red bell pepper
Cut sirloin, tomatillos, peaches, red onion and bell peppers into one inch pieces.
Toss in olive oil to lightly coat.
Wrap sirloin with precooked bacon strips that are still flexible.
Alternate skewering cut items on bamboo skewers. (Be sure to skewer though the bacon wrapped ends).
Grill over medium heat, turning every 3 minutes until sirloin is cooked through.
