Homemade Cocktail Sauce

I LOVE cocktail sauce and thought it would be fun to make my own (as I miss having it sometimes, especially on boiled shrimp).  There are a lot of ingredients, but most is this is stuff you already have in the pantry.  It can used immediately, but your best bet is to make it the day before to let all of the flavors mingle and come to life.

6 oz tomato paste
1T white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
2T raw honey
1 tsp sea salt (or more if desired)
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup water
3-4T horseradish (taste as you go as this is a spicy preference item)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire

Mix together ingredients.  Add extra salt or horseradish to tweak it to your preferred taste.  Let sit overnight for best results.

Enjoy!
