After an overindulgent weekend in St. Louis, I saw these beautiful crab legs at the grocery store today while I was restocking my fridge. I love anything seafood and this twist on a simple butter sauce is a nice departure!
3 lbs of crab legs
1/2 cup parsley (about a 1/3 bunch)
6T organic unsalted butter, melted
1 small lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp sea salt
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add crab legs. Simmer for approximately 6 minutes on low heat. Drain and set aside.
In a food processor, blend remaining ingredients. Serve.
